Our classes are FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT based programming. In a Class you will find that our workouts are CONSTANTLY VARIED, FUNCTIONAL, & DONE AT RELATIVELY HIGH INTENSITY.

PURE LIFE

CrossFit

In our CrossFit class you can expect a 1 hour session that includes constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity. Movements can be a variety of free weights, gymnastics, & conditioning. 

You will also find that our expert coaches will help guide you in each class, showing you proper movement patterns while helping you to improve your health and fitness. 

CrossFit is for EVERYONE regardless of age & fitness level. The workout of the day can be modified to each person to help them safely increase their fitness.

 

PURE OLYMPIC LIFTING

For those who want to get more comfortable with the barbell, PURE Olympic Weightlifting is for you! We will work on technique for all Olympic Weightlifting movements including Snatch, Clean, and Jerk.

PURE Olympic Weightlifting classes are included in all membership packages, and currently take place Saturday at 9:15am. To ensure you're getting the best technique coaching possible, spots are limited. Non-members can also join this class for a $25 Drop In Fee.

PURE TEEN

Functional Fitness

Whether this class is your main activity, or you are looking to excel at sports outside the gym or impress college recruiters, PURE Teens is the answer.

This program focuses heavily on proper movement mechanics and build an appreciation for functional movement. More important than the workouts is the development of character overtime. We believe better people make better athletes.

The workouts we program, the conversations we have, and the relationships we build all foster a sense of mental toughness and build life skills. Together we identify what the obstacles in our way are and how can we overcome them.

PURE FIT

High Intensity Interval Training
(HIIT)

For those seeking longer duration workouts, with lower impact then PURE Fit is for you! You will still see a variety of functional movements, but without the heavy lifting. 

We want to help you improve your quality of life, and contribute to you doing the things you love to do outside of the gym. If you are eager to learn and take on a 60min sweat session contact us today! 

 

PURE LIFE

Crossfit Foundations Program

Our foundations program for the PURE Life Crossfit program will equip you with the prerequisite movement instruction that will make your transition into group classes smooth, enjoyable and safe. Across six, 1-hour sessions with one of our experienced coaches, you will learn the foundational movements of Crossfit that you will see every week in the group classes. In these personal training-style foundation sessions, you will be taught proper movement standards and receive hands-on feedback for improving your technique from your coach. Each day you will learn a couple of movements at a pace that suits your ability and then complete a Workout of the Day similar to what the group class sees each day. These movements include Olympic lifts, traditional powerlifting lifts, as well as the bodyweight basics for progressing to more complicated gymnastics skills.

We require anyone joining our Crossfit program with less than 6-months of Crossfit experience to go through our foundations program so you have the necessary movement knowledge before attending our fast-paced Crossfit classes.

 

PURE YOGA

A slow-flow and restorative yoga practice that will encourage you to tune in to your body and mind in a newly meaningful way. Give yourself the gift of mindful and intuitive movement.  The slow flow practice will begin by incorporating dynamic movement to draw your awareness to specific muscle groups, ultimately awakening your attention to the whole body. Followed by deep stretching and restorative poses held for longer periods of time, you’ll start to soften and relax the body, quiet down the sympathetic nervous system, and give your body its necessary restorative rest.

You can also join this class for a $10 drop in fee.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that there will be a monthly charge to your account unless you inform PURE at least one week prior to the monthly charge date. Only 50% of that months membership will be refunded if due notice is not given.
